About Waterfield

Waterfield was established by Charles Desgrosseilliers, a thirty-three year property management professional with BOMA membership, BOMI certifications of RPA, FMA and CEM certification with the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).

Prior to this, Charles was the General Manager of a mid-size commericial & retail property management company, and was instrumental in building a retail and office portfolio in Southern Ontario from three properties to ten properties with twenty buildings by 2019.

Charles also spent nine years with Brookfield Properties/Royal LePage REMS (merged in 1995) where he managed up to twenty-seven properties concurrently.

During the early 1990’s, Charles accumulated much experience in managing distressed properties and worked closely with lenders to maintain all types of commercial and retail assets from mortgagee default to acquisition by new ownership.

Waterfield currently manages eight buildings at two properties and services tenants that include a mix of large anchor, sub-anchor, restaurant, personal services retail tenants, as well as top-name office tenants.

During the recent COVID pandemic, we retained 100% of our tenants by assisting with CECRA applications and Rent Deferral Agreements where needed.

We appreciate your interest in our services and would be pleased to discuss the management of your valued property asset.
